We Are Able! – Empowerment Through Inclusion
We Are Able! (2021–2025) is a five-year consortium programme with ZOA and The Leprosy Mission that strengthens the voice and agency of people with disabilities while improving food security in marginalised communities. We support:

Innovation in Practice: Telerehabilitation in DRC
With the Liliane Foundation and ADED-RDC, we co-developed a telerehabilitation initiative in the Democratic Republic of Congo, funded by France’s Fonds d’Innovation pour le Développement (FID).
The project aims to:

Train CBR workers in Uvira to use RehApp, our mobile rehabilitation tool.

Strengthen planning, communication, and rehabilitation skills for those supporting children and young adults with disabilities.
Although insecurity in eastern DRC has delayed implementation, we remain committed to launching this essential service as soon as conditions allow.
