About Monique
Monique holds an MSc in Psychology, specializing in Work and Organizational Psychology, from the University of Amsterdam. She combines a background in training development and project management with experience in marketing and communications.
Monique previously set up and led a training business unit independently at Pearson A&I, the largest test publisher in the Netherlands, and later worked in marketing on campaigns for organisations including Elsevier, KPN and IBM. At a certain point, she made the deliberate choice to move toward more socially engaged work, transitioning into the disability and international development sector.
At Enablement Foundation, Monique develops and coordinates training materials and guidelines for CBR and health workers. She contributes to finalising a caregiver training manual, developed together with Radboud University. She is also involved in e-learning development, marketing and fundraising.
