Léa Guignard
Léa began working with people with disabilities as a summer camp coordinator for adults with (mostly intellectual) disabilities and spent five years doing so. She has a background in family studies and pedagogical sciences (University of British Columbia, Canada), and obtained her Advanced Master’s in International Development (Radboud University, The Netherlands). During this time, she worked as the junior project manager for the STEP project of the Liliane Foundation.
Since 2019, Léa has been working for Enablement Foundation as the project coordinator for the RehApp and overall programme development officer. She is responsible for contributing to capacity development projects and research around CBR and disability inclusion, as well as offering RehApp-technical support to partners. She is also a reviewer for the DCID Journal.
